From the estate
Fermented and aged for seven months in used oak (one to seven years), Lirac Blanc Comtesse Madeleine is a blend of 40% marsanne, 35% clairette, 20% grenache blanc and 5% picpoul. Pencil shavings frame tropical notes of pineapple and guava on the nose, while the palate is silky in texture, with a slight bitter edge highlighting the long finish.0
