The wine : Small harvest.
Location : North of the Alpilles
Terroir : Calcareous and clayey soil, very stony: Hauterivian and Barrémien, secondary era, lower cretaceous, less than 130 million years old.
Vinification: Ageing by grape varieties in barrels for 12 months, without racking.
Settling and fining with clay. Light filtration at bottling.
Grape varieties : White Grenache : 8% Clairette : 7% Marsanne : 60% Roussanne : 15% Chardonnay : 10%
