Beautiful aromas and flavours of sandalwood, rose, strawberry and raspberry combine with an elegant, lacy structure. Intense, light, with lovely complexity and a long aftertaste full of fruit and spice. To be enjoyed from 2015 to 2035.
Presentation of the wine : Issued from the quasi-monopoly of the domain on this Grand Cru, the Clos des Lambrays of Domaine des Lambrays is vast on the scale of Burgundy. The plot is far from being homogeneous, its gentle slopes offer a diversity of exposures important for the complexity of the wine. The top of the Clos is more marly while the bottom mixes clay and limestone. The wine is matured in the cellars of the Domaine, in oak barrels, half of which are renewed each vintage. The Clos des Lambrays is the heart of the Domaine des Lambrays. That is why this site is largely dedicated to it.
