- Tasting : The wine presents an elegant and intense bouquet of ripe cherries and black berries intermingled with spicy notes of toast, nougat and cigar box. The wine is silky and elegant in texture, intense and dense on the palate, very juicy, full-bodied, with ripe, silky tannins. 14% alcohol.
- Grape variety :100% Cabernet Franc
- Soil : Sandy clay in the middle of the hillside of Panzoult.
- Harvest : Manual harvest. Passage on two sorting tables. Yield : 35 hl / ha.
- Vinification : Concrete vat for 2 to 3 days of pre-fermentation / 12 days of fermentation / 3 days of post-fermentation / Native yeast.
- Maturing: 100% vat for 12 months.
- Service: Ideal temperature 15°C.
- Pairings: Lamb / Tapenade.
