Tasted by James Molesworth in 2010: "Rich and sweet, but with a really fine cut, as notes of quince, dried persimmon and dried mango ripple, supported by seductive ginger and green almond notes. Remains soft, but chiseled."
The cuvée Moelleux 1ère trie according to the estate: "The work of the grape pickers will always be respected, preserved and never forgotten. The Premières Selections are the result of a meticulous selection applied during the harvest. They are made by successive passages, only the best berries are harvested. Overripe or botrytised, the grapes harvested in this way are distinguished by their high sugar and acidity levels. The patience of the man magnifies the potential of maturity of the grapes and gives birth to rich and deep bottles. "
