Tasted in 2024 - ‘Firmly structured and elegant, this is a semi-dry wine, but it is extremely food-friendly and balanced, with a subtle sweetness cleverly balanced by savoury power and mineral notes. It's rich and generous, with flavours of honeycomb, ripe apple and heather, all tightly framed by plum skin acidity and apple seed tannins. The bitterness of green almond and hints of fleur de sel mark the complex finish. Drink now through to 2037. ’
