Tasting by Stephan Reinhardt in 2021 : "The Vouvray Le Haut-Lieu Moelleux 2020 is clear, pure, fresh and concentrated with a fragrant nose of lemon and pineapple. You'd never guess it was sweet on the nose, as the bouquet is precise and fresh. Round and mellow but also refined and elegant on the palate, with a stimulating mineral freshness and lingering salinity and spiciness, this is a gorgeous, very delicate and perfectly balanced Vouvray to drink even young, but as experience tells me, this Chenin Blanc from Domaine Huet's 15-hectare Ur vineyard can also be aged for decades, even if the wine isn't exactly spectacular in all its pristine beauty. Tasted as a final sample in May 2021."
