- Tasting: A nose with notes of melon, grapefruit, lemon, parsley and honey. Superb minerality on the palate with chalk and white flower flavours. Complex, with peach and yuzu lemon flavours on the palate. Smooth texture, with a balance of creaminess and acidity.
