This cuvée epitomises the perfect balance between structure and delicacy, reflecting the rigour required in the vinification of rosés.Highlighting the fleshiness of the fruit and the deep character of the grapes, this wine is the result of a rigorous method. It draws its tension from the very environment of the vineyard: limestone hills, arid soil, bathed in exceptional sunshine that illuminates their austerity.
Château de Selle Rosé is a blend of different grape varieties from the Côtes de Provence appellation, dominated by Grenache, which gives it its light colour and rich vinosity.Cinsault adds its suppleness, while Syrah and Mourvèdre add their fruity touch.
Its pale pink colour with golden highlights reveals aromas of citrus fruit and white flowers, enhanced by spices. On the palate, its elegant, straightforward attack reveals these subtle aromas, enhanced by a hint of citrus, finishing with a soft, lingering finish.
