Chablis 1er cru Butteaux 2016 - Domaine Pattes Loup - Thomas Pico
(91 - 93)/100 Parker
Reviewed by William Kelley on August 30, 2019
"Tasted in vat, Pico's Chablis 1er Cru Butteaux Mise Tardive 2016 is wilder in profile than the 15 or 17 versions, displaying aromas of lemon, pear, apricot, mint and vine smoke. On the palate, it is full-bodied, satiny and layered, with pungent acidity and an aromatic finish".
