Since the 19th century, the Domaine Perrot-Minot has owned vines in Burgundy. It is now Christophe Perrot-Minot who manages 12 hectares of vines under several appellations of the Côte de Nuits. These include 7 Grands Crus of Gevrey-Chambertin and Clos Vougeot and 14 Premiers Crus in Nuits-Saint-Georges and Chambolle-Musigny. The Domaine Perrot-Minot is committed to organic farming, with the desire to respect the environment. No synthetic, chemical products are used.

Since 1999, Christophe Perrot-Minot has set up a trading structure to complete the range of wines of the estate.
