Bandol white 2021 - Domaine Tempier
Bandol - Provence
The Blanc Tempier retains a nice freshness despite the southern terroir, thanks to parcels located in the later and cooler sectors of the vineyard (La Laidière, La Migoua and Petit Moulin). The relatively long maturation in tuns gives it a great complexity.
COMPOSITION
Clairette (60%), Ugni blanc (30%), completed with Rolle, Bourboulenc, and Marsanne
Average age of the vines : 25-30 years
VINIFICATION
In vats and in tuns
MATURING
10 months before bottling.
Conservation : 1 to 5 years. A much longer storage is possible, to evolve towards more honeyed and marine aromas.
