Macon Village - Maison Valette
The estate has been converted to organic viticulture for over 20 years. Located in Chaintré, between the Mâconnais and Beaujolais regions, it extends over 8.5 hectares of vines planted exclusively with Chardonnay. This Mâcon Villages by Cécile and Philippe from Maison Valette in Burgundy is a blend of four vintages (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023). The grapes come from young vines planted on limestone soils, and the wine is vinified and matured in vats on its lees. The result is a pure, harmonious Mâcon, offering generous fruit, fullness and saline minerality. An ideal natural wine to share with the in-laws!
