TERROIR
Clay-limestone soils composed of marl. The Chardonnay vines are a hundred years old.
BREEDING
About 18 months in oak barrels on lees.
TASTING
The bouquet evokes an orchard in bloom, offering great complexity, between white-fleshed fruits and sweet spices with flowery nuances. The palate shows superb concentration, becoming silky and pure, the fullness of the attack chisels towards a finish of precision without ever losing its sapidity for eternal length.
