- The Goutte d'Or appellation represents an area of 5 hectares in the commune of Meursault.
- The vineyard of Meursault 1er Cru les Goutte d'Or that we have been working since 1992 is half-shared (50% of the harvest for the owner, 50% of the harvest for the tenant). Its surface area is 0.2 hectares.
- The average age is 40 years. The grape variety is 100% Chardonnay.
- Annual production: about 1000 bottles.
- The vines are cultivated under non-certified organic methods.
- The subsoil is composed of a bedrock of rock chips.
- Aging: Few new barrels (20%) and the rest in barrels of one, two and three wines allows to preserve the expression of the Terroir.
- Tasting : Mouth with juice and energy, honey, poached white fruits, swing, movement, dynamics, appearance of citrus fruits, guava, lime, passion fruit, nourishing, long, straight, a great wine.
