This wine comes from the plots of Meix Chavaux, which, in certain vintages, are vinified separately, and This wine comes from the plot of Limozin, which, in certain vintages, is vinified separately and other assemblies in the Meursault cuvée.

The total surface area is 0.15 hectares. The average age of the vines is 65 years. Its grape variety is 100% Chardonnay. Annual production: about 600 bottles.

The vine is cultivated in uncertified organic farming.

The subsoil is composed of fine river alluvium. It is therefore less rich in limestone, therefore heavier and more draining.

This wine is consumed as an accompaniment to hot shellfish, fish or white meat, preferably with butter or cream sauce (chicken with cream and morels; scallops, hot oysters, etc...).

Ideally, a Meursault is a wine to be drunk between 5 and 10 years old. When mature, its palate and nose are explosive; a whole range of aromas emerge: honey, exotic fruits, butter, hazelnut, toasted almond yellow fruit.

This cuvée is round and silky, with a touch of minerality.
