- Tasting: A rich style with notes of burnt almond, orange peel, glazed peach and nectarine. It has fresh acidity that gives it balance and drive through to the green plum finish.
- Cellaring : Drink now through 2028.
- Grape variety : 100% viognier.
- Soil : Quartzite granite and loess
- Vinification : Manual harvest. Indigenous yeasts. Vinification in barrels (30% new) at low temperature. Weekly stirring of the lees for 6 months. Aged in barrels on fine lees for 10 months.
