Domaine François Villard's Crozes-Hermitage “Certitude” is a red wine made from 100% Syrah grapes grown on soils composed of rolled pebbles, sand and clay. This cuvée boasts a seductive bouquet of ripe red fruit, enhanced by subtle spicy and peppery notes. On the palate, it offers freshness, remarkable purity and elegant structure, with fine tannins and a lingering finish.
It can be laid down for up to 15 years, allowing wine-lovers to enjoy it now or after a few years' maturation in the cellar. This wine is certified organic, reflecting the winemaker's commitment to environmentally-friendly practices.
How to serve and pair this Crozes-Hermitage?
To fully appreciate Crozes-Hermitage “Certitude”, we recommend serving it between 15 and 16°C.
