Tasted by Neal Martin on 2 January 2015: "The 2013 Gevrey-Chambertin Ostrea has a blackberry-scented nose with fine minerality. The palate offers flavours of sappy black and red fruits infused with citric freshness, the finish is balanced and pure. Again, this is a wonderful Gevrey in the making from Trapet."
