This remarkable small family estate, located entirely in Chambolle-Musigny, now welcomes, alongside his parents Ghislaine Barthod and Louis Boillot, 24-year-old Clément, who has made the 2018 vintage. He is committed to reducing the proportion of new barrels and extending the length of the ageing process. Here you will find no less than eleven individually vinified first growths, all with different characters. Consistent, classic in the best sense of the word, the wines favour finesse and have gained in colour intensity. Sometimes a little firm in their youth, they reward those who know how to wait ten to fifteen years for them. This estate in great shape deserves the full attention of wine lovers.
