Irouléguy appellation
- Location: in the commune of Baigorri, in the Irouléguy appellation, the Goienetxea estate is first and foremost the Indart family farm, where viticulture is part of their agricultural production. Formerly sold to wine merchants, the grapes are now grown and vinified by Bixinte Indart, a talented young winemaker with a promising future!
- The cuvée: The ‘Malda’ cuvée is a blend of Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng, grown on ophite soil.
- Tasting notes: The nose reveals aromas of exotic fruit, pineapple and yellow fruit. On the palate, the wine is full and ample, structured around a mineral freshness. The finish is beautiful, fruity and delicious.
