Domaine Gros'Noré 2018 - Bandol rouge
The red wine of Bandol is made up of several grape varieties, each of which brings its own personality to the wine. The Grenache brings a fruity touch, the Cinsault contributes to the finesse of the wine, the Carignan gives it its acidity and the Mourvèdre gives the wine its structure. All these vines are between 40 and 60 years old. All these grape varieties are blended together to create the overall harmony of the wine. Made from native yeasts, this wine is neither filtered nor fined.
