Chateau Bel Orme Tronquoy de Lalande 1982
Haut - Medoc
Born of the renowned terroirs of Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne, Château Bel Orme Tronquoy-de-Lalande produces wines with a bright, rich nose and fine, silky tannins. The main grape variety in the final blend, the estate's Merlot brings roundness, generosity and deliciousness, revealing fresh, tangy aromas of marked red fruit that give the wine a unique personality. Typical of the Haut-Médoc grands crus, the Cabernet Sauvignon gives the wine power, structure and a complexity that blossoms after a few years' cellaring. With notes of black fruit, violet and raspberry, it contributes long, velvety tannins.
After ageing for 12 to 14 months in French oak barrels, the wines of Château Bel Orme Tronquoy-de-Lalande reveal themselves to be generous, crisp and seductive, expressing all their finesse over time.
