- Description: In collaboration with the renowned Catalan winemaker, René Barbier, Le Credo is the result of a meticulous approach starting from the cultivation of the vines. A rigorous selection of micro-plots, a biodynamic agricultural practice, manual harvesting in small boxes, and precise vinification are all elements deployed to preserve the fruitful character at the heart of this exceptional wine.
- Grape varieties: Carignan, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre blend harmoniously in Le Credo.
- Vineyard: Le Credo results from a meticulous process involving the selection of three exceptional plots. A plot of century-old Carignan, cultivated on granite marls, one of Grenache established on black schists, and finally, one of Syrah planted in clay-limestone soil. The yield is maintained at 15 hl/ha.
- Type of soil: The vines of Le Credo flourish on clay-limestone soil.
