Tasting : This Rivesaltes is marked by intense aromas of nuts. The palate is tannic and very aromatic with black fruit and cocoa, with a beautiful brightness and superb density.
Grape variety : 100% Grenache Noir
Terroir : Clay and limestone with rolled pebbles from the foothills of the Corbières.
Vinification: Direct pressing. Fortification with neutral alcohol in liquid phase during alcoholic fermentation.
Ageing: This wine has been aged for nearly eight decades in its original barrel.
ABV: 16.5% alc/vol
