From the estate
Hubert has been a family winegrower in Saint-Aubin since 1640 and created his estate in 1973 with 7 hectares. A new winery was built in 1980 and extended in 2002. Olivier, his son, joined the family in 1998. Today, the estate farms 18.5 hectares, including 10.8 hectares of Premier Cru in the communes of Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay.

The Chassagne Montrachet 1er cru Concis du Champs produced by Domaine Hubert Lamy is a superb white wine made from the Chardonnay grape grown on clay-limestone soil in the prestigious Chassagne Montrachet 1er cru appellation. It goes perfectly with fish, poultry and goat's cheese, and is best served at a temperature of between 16 and 17°C.
Possible evolution: Drink between 2027 and 2034+.
