- Tasting : The Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Les Frionnes is of a remarkable quality. Blending aromas of pear, lemon oil, white flowers, citrus zest and freshly baked bread into an inviting mix, it is deep, with racy acids and a long, chalky finish.
- A family of winegrowers in Saint Aubin since 1640, Hubert created his estate in 1973 with 9 hectares. A new winery has been built in 1980 and expanded in 2002. Olivier, his son joined it in 1998. The Domaine now covers 18.5 ha, of which 10.8 ha are ha in first growths on the communes of Saint Aubin, Puligny Montrachet, Chassagne Montrachet and Santenay.
