Jacky Blot has become the reference for the wines of Montlouis sur Loire thanks to his work on Chenin, the emblematic grape variety of the Loire Valley. It is with his Domaine de la Taille aux Loups that Jacky Blot produces its finest cuvées of sweet white wines, notably the Cuvée des Loups.

The winegrower also has an estate in the Bourgueil appellation: the Domaine de la Butte. Its most beautiful cuvée is certainly the cuvée Mi-Pente.
