Domaine de la Taille aux Loups Clos Michet is a dry white wine from the Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation in France. This estate is renowned for its high-quality wines, and the Clos Michet cuvée is no exception.  Clos Michet is produced in Montlouis on the 3 parcels of Clos en haut de Coteau. The harvested grapes come from the second passage and give us a white with superb tension and flesh. The aromas are stunning. Another great success from Jacky Blot.

Clos Michet is a dry white wine characterized by freshness and elegance.

This wine offers fine minerality, lively acidity and a well-balanced structure. Notes of citrus, green apple, pear and white flowers. There are also hints of honey and stone fruit, adding complexity to the tasting experience. Its minerality gives it tension on the palate, while its acidity gives it freshness.

Food pairing:

• It goes particularly well with seafood, shellfish, grilled fish or fish in sauce, as well as poultry dishes. 
• Its fresh character and minerality also make it an excellent choice to accompany vegetarian dishes, salads or soft cheeses.

Serving temperature:
