♦ 2015, our harvest in Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers (60%), Avize & Oiry (40%): the winter and a large part of the spring are mild and rainy. Then follows a period of drought and strong heat that lasts until mid-August. The season ends with an alternation of wet coolness and dry heat. Harvesting begins on September 10 and ends on September 30. The harvest is very homogenous and produces perfectly ripe and healthy grapes, in reasonable quantities, and with sufficient acidity; a splendid harvest. Some reserve wines complete the Cuvée.
