- This remarkable brut nature champagne (0 g/l sugar) is the fruit of a particularly successful blend, comprising 21% reserve wines from cuvées 742 to 735, with a strong dominance of Pinot noir. It is based on the magnificent 2015 harvest, characterized by grapes of great ripeness and impeccable health. The balance between alcohol and acidity is exceptional. This champagne was aged for 89 months on its lees, under cork, before its Late Disgorgement in March 2024.
