Tasting : Fineness. Good depth. There is the classic Savagnin nose aged for over six years under a veil of yeast, with notes of turmeric, dried morels, green almonds, pollen and saffron. The palate is light but has very good depth. This wine can seem light when young and seem to gain weight with time in bottle. It is clean and precise.
