- Tasting: An immediate pleasure with this beautiful vintage. You will find an ample and generous nose. A mouth which offers a beautiful freshness. A complex cuvée produced from Gamay du Beaujolais and old Jura grape varieties. It is a wine which is greedy with flavours of fruits of the forest (blackcurrant and redcurrant). Nice length in the mouth.
- Garde : To be drunk in its young years. Can be kept from 3 to 5 years in the cellar.
- Grape varieties: Gamay, Pinot Noir and old Jura grape varieties.
- Terroir : Granite, Marnes
- Vinification : Closed wooden vat. No intervention (no pumping over or punching down).
- Food and wine pairing: Aperitifs; cold meats; roast poultry; cheese platter.
- Certifications : Sulphite-free / Organic agriculture / Vine work in biodynamic farming.
