This red wine reveals complex aromas of ripe red fruit, delicate flowers and subtle spices.On the palate, its elegant structure, underpinned by fine tannins and freshness, makes it a well-balanced wine with good ageing potential, yet accessible in its youth.
The estate
The Domaine Jean-Marc Boillot, based in Pommard, is renowned for its family know-how and its attachment to the great terroirs of Burgundy. In terms of viticultural practices, the domaine applies a “viticulture raisonnée” approach, but is not officially certified in organic agriculture, nor does it have an organic label. However, our viticultural choices are geared towards respecting the soil and the vines, with measured intervention to preserve the typicity of each climate.
