- Tasting notes: Peat, tobacco, wood smoke, juniper berries and fresh blackberry perfume the Pommard Jarollieres de Boillot. It continues on the palate in a smoky, pungent and tangy way. An underlying richness of roasted meats and an emerging sweetness of purple plums come to the rescue
- Cellaring: Keep for a few years, then enjoy for 10-15 years
