Grape variety:
Château la Dominique is mainly composed of the Merlot grape variety, which generally represents more than 80% of the blend. The rest is often Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Merlot gives the wine its roundness and richness of fruit, while the Cabernet grape varieties provide structure and more complex aromas.
Operating temperature :
To fully appreciate Château la Dominique, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 16 to 18 degrees Celsius. This temperature range allows the aromas and flavors of the wine to express themselves optimally without being masked by excessive cold or heat.
