The three parcels of the vineyard of Château La Fleur de Gay; La Fleur, Gay and Groupey; with their geological or edaphological differences (agrological, pedological) represent three complementary and synergistic expressions in the blending of this terroir with "exceptional viticultural aptitudes" that constitutes this high terrace of the Gunz, "the oldest and highest terrace of Libourne (38 to 40 meters above sea level)".
