"La Pointe" has its origin in the particular geometry of its vineyard, since just at the entrance of the estate it is possible to observe a large plot of triangular shape, in the shape of a point.
Its vast park of two hectares and its remarkable secular trees of a superb port have always made the Château La Pointe a charming residence. The real rise of the Château dates back to the end of the Second Empire. Unfortunately, the ancient history of the property is not well known to this day. Already at that time the vineyard comprised 22 hectares, which has always contributed to position the estate as one of the most important of the appellation.
