Château Labegorce Zédé 2005
Margaux - Cru Bourgeois
Château Labegorce Zédé is a red wine produced in the Margaux appellation, a famous wine-growing region in the Médoc region of Bordeaux. It is made by Château Labegorce, which is one of the region's most renowned crus bourgeois.
Tasting notes:
Château Labegorce Zédé is known for being an elegant and refined wine. It has a deep ruby colour and a complex aromatic bouquet. On the nose, you can expect aromas of ripe red fruit such as cherry, raspberry and blackberry, as well as delicate floral notes and subtle woody nuances from maturing in oak barrels. On the palate, this wine is full-bodied and balanced, with supple tannins that give it a silky texture. The red fruit flavours continue on the palate, accompanied by notes of blackcurrant, liquorice and sweet spices. The finish is long and pleasant.
Wine and food pairing :
Château Labegorce Zédé is a wine that goes well with many dishes. It goes perfectly with grilled or roasted red meats such as beef, lamb and duck. It can also be enjoyed with game birds, roasts, stews and mushroom dishes. Mature cheeses, especially hard cheeses, are also good companions for this wine.
Serving temperature :
We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of 16-18°C. This will allow the wine to reveal all its aromas and show its best balance on the palate. Feel free to open the bottle at least 2 hours before serving.
