The 2009 Lafite Rothschild Vintage:
Produced with a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (82.5%), Merlot (7%) and Petit Verdot (10.5%), it is phenomenally concentrated. On tasting, you will feel the softer tannins of the 2005, the voluptuous, full and juicy personality of the 2003, and the low acidity.
It will go wonderfully well with red meat, game and duck breast.
Ideal tasting temperature: between 16 and 18°C
