You will find aromas of plum, wild berries, a floral touch and a fruity nose.
This vintage is early. Therefore, to better appreciate it, it is advised to let it decant for at least two hours before tasting.
It will go wonderfully well with red meats, roasted meats, game and cheese.
Ideal tasting temperature: between 16 and 18°C
