Château Lafleur is one of the most prestigious estates in the Pomerol appellation, located in the Bordeaux wine region of France. The estate is renowned for producing exceptional wines that are highly appreciated by connoisseurs the world over.

The history of Château Lafleur dates back to the 19th century, when the estate was known as "La Fleur". In 1872, the Guinaudeau brothers acquired the property and renamed it Château Lafleur. The Guinaudeau family still own the estate today, and continue the tradition of producing top-quality wines.

The Château Lafleur vineyard extends over some 4.5 hectares and is planted mainly with Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes, typical of the Pomerol appellation. The vines are cultivated with great care and respect for the principles of organic farming.

Vinification at Château Lafleur is characterized by a traditional, meticulous approach. The grapes are harvested by hand and meticulously sorted to keep only the best. Vinification takes place in small wooden vats, allowing for parcel-by-parcel vinification and optimal control of the process.

Château Lafleur wines are renowned for their elegance, complexity and ability to age magnificently. They are distinguished by their aromatic concentration, silky tannins and remarkable balance. Château Lafleur wines often express aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, truffles and underbrush.
