Tasting by Stephan Reinhardt : "The NV Assemblage Brut Tradition from the House of Lancelot Pienne is a pinot meunier-dominant blend of the three main grape varieties of Champagne that have been sourced south of Épernay and in the Marne Valley. The base vintage is 2013, and the reserve wines represent 25%. The Tradition is pure, limpid and fruity; as well as herbaceous on the nose, with aromas of cherry and redcurrant. Pure, fresh and linear, with remarkable precision, finesse and fruitiness. This wine reveals a well-structured palate with an almost astringent and grippy finish."
