Are you looking for bottles of Château Latour 1961 : 100/100 Parker ?
Pauillac - Premier Grand Cru Classé
TERROIR
The majority of Château Latour's vineyards are located on gravelly hilltops 12 to 16 metres above the Gironde estuary. The combination of the Gironde, layers of gravel on the surface and clay at depth gives Château Latour a unique terroir that few other sites can boast.
SERVICE
Château Latour should be served at a temperature of 15°C, in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass. The ideal serving size is 15 cl. To check the temperature of the wine, you can use a wine thermometer. Simply dip it into a glass 1/3 full of the wine to be served.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
Château Latour goes very well with aperitifs, starters, main courses and cheeses. For example, it goes well with a fine piece of grilled beef, mushrooms such as cêpes, or truffled starters. For cheese, choose a cheese with character to counterbalance the intense flavours of the nectar.
