The Blanc de Noirs cuvée from Champagne Le Brun de Neuville is a champagne made exclusively from black grape varieties, in particular Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, grown in the vineyards of the Côte de Sézanne, south of Épernay. This champagne seduces with its depth and aromatic intensity, revealing notes of ripe red fruit, plum and undergrowth, with a touch of minerality typical of the region's chalky terroirs. Its careful vinification and prolonged ageing on the lees give it a lovely roundness and rich structure on the palate, while retaining a pleasant freshness, making for an elegant, well-balanced tasting experience.
