- Produced from a one-hectare limestone vineyard around 35 years old and matured on the lees for 18 months in underground concrete tanks, Pouilly Fumé Aubaine 2020 offers a pure, intense, dense and fresh nose, magnificently iodised and crisp with ripe white fruit. On the palate, this is an intense, structured Pouilly, with a stimulating purity but also enormously rich and textured, with appetising tension and salinity on the finish. A complex, powerful wine with mineral freshness and tension.
