Domaine Louis Carillon is a winery located in Puligny-Montrachet, Burgundy, France. It is known for the production of high quality white wines, especially wines from the Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault appellations.

The estate is run by brothers Jacques and François Carillon, descendants of a family of winemakers established in Puligny-Montrachet since the 16th century. Since the 1990s, they have worked to modernize the winemaking methods while preserving the local traditions and know-how. The estate is now considered one of the best producers of white wines in Burgundy, with an annual production of about 6,000 cases.
