Geographical location
Chambolle Musigny is a renowned village despite its modest size, mainly thanks to the excellence of its wines and the reputation of its premier crus.
Terroir characteristics
The soils of Chambolle Musigny are predominantly limestone, with gravel and pebbles. These deep soils contribute to the supple, elegant structure of the region's wines. The vineyards face predominantly east-south-east.
Vinification and ageing process
The grapes, recognizable by their intense black berries, are destemmed and then vinified in open vats for around 4 weeks. This method brings out the distinctive nuances of the terroir. After this stage, the wines are placed in oak barrels in our cellars, where they age for 18 months.
