Chassagne Montrachet 1er cru Morgeot 2022 - Louis jadot
From the wine estate
94/100 James Suckling
Tasted in 2024 - “This fairly full-bodied wine is a blend of two Chassagne vineyards that retain good acidity in the grapes while offering attractive ripeness. Like most of Jadot's white wines, it has been fermented in 20-25% new oak and has a light, spicy, toasty and buttery expression to accompany crisp apples, lemon zest and poached pears. Drink it or keep it.”
- Serving Temperature: 12-14°C
- Aging Potential: 5 to 15 years, depending on the vintage
- Chardonnay
