GEOGRAPHICAL SITUATION
Puligny Montrachet, located south of Meursault and north of Chassagne Montrachet, is one of the most glorious representatives of the prestigious Côte de Blancs.
CHARACTERISTICS
The Premier Cru "Referts" is located on the edge of the commune of Meursault, and just below the climates "Les Combettes" and "Clos de la Garenne". The soil is clayey-limestone, rich in pebbles, well drained and easy to warm up. It faces due east.
VINIFICATION AND MATURATION
The grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes in order to preserve the integrity of the fruit. The grapes are then gently pressed and fermented in the
